About Me

Professional Background

I am a clinical and healthcare psychologist, school psychologist,
and lecturer at Webster University in Vienna.
Alongside my clinical work, I am actively involved in research and teaching, with a special focus on cultural psychology, life course development, and psychology of sport and movement. Over the years, I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and elderly in both clinical and educational settings, supporting individuals through emotional difficulties, health-related challenges, and important life transitions.

After completing my psychology studies at Sigmund Freud University in Vienna, I pursued post-graduate training in both clinical and healthcare psychology. These qualifications have allowed me to build a strong foundation for working with individuals seeking support for stress-related issues, emotional well-being, chronic illness, cultural and identity-related challenges, and personal growth.

Personal Background

I was born into a bilingual Slovak–German family and raised in a multicultural environment, which deeply shaped my interest in how personal stories are influenced by cultural and social contexts. Speaking several languages fluently,
I am committed to offering psychological support that is both inclusive and sensitive to diverse life experiences. Today, I am grateful to call Vienna my professional and personal home, where I continue to develop my practice, teach, and learn every day.
